I have made the big mistake that 75% of my work comes from one company who are a subby for the local council. Work was steady and well to be fair the money was good yet the 60 days terms took some getting on top of..

Well now then i get at least one rewire a month loads of maintenance, partials, DB'S and the odd large commercial job. However the call back list is unbelievable ive lost count of how many fans i have fitted for there plumber (Who i must admit are employed by the company) to fit hit flu next too.

Tricky one tho as ive lost a load of little customers to keep the one big one.. Come on guys be honest anyone been lured in ??

From on dave to another, just between us. i like to chase the new customers, and that sometimes means you can't find the time for the old customers, and dont get me started on the invoicing. I find honesty goes a long way and a sincere apology to a lost customer, you might still have lost them but at least you have tried to make ammends. And also no coffee or cheese after 9pm and dont send out any invoices after 11pm, save them and read them in the mornibg, that way you will spot the errors. Good luck with rhe 60 days.
