In a block of flats we have a number of Eterna non-maintained emergency lights. A resident competent person does the monthly functional check and also the 6-monthly one hour duration test.
The annual test and certification has in the past been done by a suitably qualified electrician. Now a management agent tells us that it is a legal requirement to have the test and certification done 6-monthly. I can`t find any evidence of this. Is it true?

Who are you registered with? Napit/NICEIC

Napit has some test sheets on their desktop software, Im sure NICEIC do some as well.

If I find some generic ones I will post them on here.
