Current situation regarding FiTs and new installs ?

Hi - is there someone who could kindly just summarise where we are with new installs from Jan to after April please in a concise format ie. what rate they will start on and continue with after certain dates and what other processes have to be undertaken such as an EPC

1. Solar PV fitted, commissioned and registered in Jan 2012

2. Solar PV fitted, commissioned and registered in Feb 2012

3. Solar PV fitted, commissioned and registered in March 2012

4. Solar PV fitted, commissioned and registered in April 2012

5. Solar PV fitted, commissioned and registered in May 2012

6. Solar PV fitted, commissioned and registered in June or after

1. 43.3p index linked

4 EPC of minimum band D required from now onwards 21p index linked
5 same as 4.
6 same as 4. however the tariff was to be reduced, but it appears that the government have missed their own deadline to announce it, so it is unclear as I write.

I assume (I know one should never) that you require info for up to, and including 4 KW.
