Don't do what they say on the tin, mine are not even 8 months old, sole is worn out. Anyone know where I might stand (no pun intended) If I take them back?

Just as an example, i bought a pair of dickies riggers from wickes which after about 10 months use, the sole at the front were flapping about.

Took them back, said they wern't fit for purpose and wanted a refund. They agreed and got a swapped them for a pair of scruffs instead.

Ive got a Dewalt Guaranteed tough toolbag, was in good nick for about a month. still using whats left of it tho (dont really fancy spending money on one, maby get myself one for xmas :P )

At least my knuckles aren't dragging! I must be working too hard to ruin these rubbish things

Dewalt - great power tools , rubbish boots.
Getting cheapo shoes next time.
good advice here from Biff.....i got some composites from screwfix.....that was a year and a half ago...still going strong......surprised actually...thought the smell from my feet would have rotted em out by now....
