Hi
I have just had a job in to fit 16 panels split into 2 banks of 8 east/west facing.
Inverter position is near the west side of the roof.
The building is a barn conversion and has all the internal ceilings vaulted up to the ridge ie no loft space.

Does anyone have any bright ideas as to how the dc cable run might be best run from the east side down to the inverter.
I can only think of running some cable protection over the ridge and down the west side of the roof.
But what to use?

Flexible conduit ? Maybe across the side of the gable. We have taken conduit ducts over the ridge on some commercial installs cable tied to composite cladding.
