Umm, why do you have to use a Napit or similar form? All my certificates and EICRs are entered into Excel sheets, they look very much like the model BS7671 forms, but if anything needs adjusting, then I can just adjust it.
 
Never used Excell for Certs, I normally download something from the Internet, then mess about with it in Adobe.
There were some good forms and Certs that you could download from this site.
