i got caught for £200+ by them sharks. needed a debt collection agency to recover. got it paid but less the 15% charged by agency.

that's not the only rip-off that they do. one call-out I did for them was 2 hours on site finding a RCD tripping issue (faulty electric fire on FCU) my invoice was for £80. they charged the customer £250 + VAT.
