You need to get the wiring addressed at that consumer unit. The swa cables are not glanded and appear to have the armour taped and connected to the earth bar, there is no busbar shield, neutrals are hanging out of the neutral bar it looks a total lash-up.
Appreciate that mate!

Looking back at that picture I can see straight off what you mean regarding the neutrals hanging out! That definitley needs a tidy!
Don't know what has happened to the bus bar shield to be honest but that can easily be picked up and reapplied can't it?

How do you mean regarding the armour taped up may I ask?

I think he means here…

One taped up wire here will be the black core of the armoured 3 core cable… (the grey being used as neutral)
The other must be a few strands of the armour in the cable, taped up and connected to the earth bar.

As Westy said, it should have been glanded properly.

Could you explain or show a photograph of the other end of the armoured cable where it is supplied in the house?

Thta's kinda all i have from the mains unit inside house. SWA running to and from summerhouse.

Am I gonna need to run more SWA or can you just use like NYY-J out from summerhouse and along fences? Also if there is to be a switch can this be of exiting lighting circuit? Because as you can see I don't have much room for another breaker in there?

I really need to do some sort of sketch for a plan. So I can see how this will all work, what type cable to use etc. It's just trying to get started that's the issue. That's basically what I have in place for now though.

What height on the fence are you running the cable?
As for what type, it sounds like you don't like the idea of SWA as already suggested. lets see if someone on here would use NYY-J cable. All depends on where the cable is going.

Also if there is to be a switch can this be of exiting lighting circuit? Because as you can see I don't have much room for another breaker in there?

The suggestion of the switch fuse is to isolate the new light for maintenance.

Can put it whatever height really but the lights will be level with top horizontal slat?

I can use SWA, it was more just is it needed or is flex ok?

And I get you for the fuse switch now! I guess can come off existing light circuit mcb and in to fuse switch? Thanks.
