Hey All ,
Im Lee and im an Alcho......*** oops wrong forum!
Hi, im new to all of this and hoping to get started on a fast track course from Able skills very short;y.. IM aiming for a Full Domestic Installer to start with PAT Testing also.. But in the long run i hope to upgrade to Full electrician status when funds and experience allow.
Im located in Bedford and would like to hear from any other members from the area that i may be able to chat with and get some questions answeed in person, maybe tag along to a couple of jobs (unpaid of course) to get more of a feel for things..
Im currently self employed ina variety of roles.. Prior to the econiomic downturn i was more involved with Race Car & Off-Road Tuition, Manufacturer Product Launches, Motorshow Driving Staff etc.. since most companies are cutting corporate entertainment and such i have had to fall back onto more manual work which mainly in my case include Kitchen Design and Fitting (along with one or two other odd jobs.
) Im very practical and dont mind getting my hands dirty when needs must! Prior to the Part P Legislation i was quite happy getting stuck in at having a go at electrics but always made sure i read up on the info beforehand so i knew what i was getting involved in and making sure i did things properly! Bit Geeky in that sense!!!
Anyway, just thought i would introduce myself and apologise in advance for all the bugging and blatently obvious questions!
