I have an ongoing dispute with them and would advise caution.
Without revealing too much about the dispute, they promote themselves as a professional company with exceptional "communication" skills.
All I can say, is that they broke their own agreement within 4 days of me signing it, and now, more than a month later, and despite me sending emails, a letter, plus a few phone calls there is little or nothing being communicated with me. I've been promised a "call back today" several times and yet it never happens. Customer Services Manager - Lee Dixon isn't any good at his job or he would have sorted it out by now.
IF, and I say IF, they refund my deposit, I'll update this thread, but for the time being I'll name and shame them.
