Yes.
32A for a 4mm is good… doesn’t matter than some of the circuit is 6mm

It’s highly likely that it is, but make sure the rcd protects the circuit.

Ok, depending on cable route, whether it’s through insulation or not…. But can down rate the mcb to 25 if need be.
the 6mm comes from board understairs then bout 4 foot under landing floorboards the up the side of the airing cupboard wall to the isolator from the isolator to loft is 650mm stright to ceiling no insulation where cable will go in loft then it will run 2 meters in trunking two the two sockets

If this 6mm T&E cable is independent and straight from the DB.

Have a sparky check it’s insulation resistance test…!! ( in case it’s an old cable that’s had a tough life).

If it’s all GOOD.!

Treat it like an extension.!

DB1 with a 40amp feeding your 6mm to a DB1/1 mini board in your loft to feed 2x radial sockets and as you mentioned.!!! Lights & possibly a Heater….!!!!

As you mentioned your kids might be up there.
PLEASE PLEASE install an interlinked Smoke/Heat detector..

👍
