Hi, how can i unlock one of these switches without a key and what are they called? Thanks!

Without a key you'll need to open it. But it sounds like thats something YOU shouldn't be doing....If you need to turn off the flood light, turn off the breaker / remove the fuse ...
Hold on.......are you breaking into somewhere...??? 50" LED tv please
 
Use a small flat head screw driver, get the corner of it on the top part of the switch (inside) and flick it down. Ensure that you use a vde driver or just don't touch the metal shaft whilst pushing a tool into an electrical opening. (its insulated anyway but its better to be safe than dead).
