Here's the situation. For whatever reason this domestic installation has ended up with a washing machine hard wire to a fused, switched (with neon) switch (that was obviously once a cooker switch) supplied by a 10mm T&E on a 16A MCB. A 13A fuse is installed in the switch. The cooker (which has a manufacturers supplied 3 pin plug) is plugged into what was obviously the old washing machine socket outlet beneath the work surface. The cooker switch has no labelling to say "cooker", or "washing machine" come to that. The occupier is quite happy that the washing machine is plugged into the switch. Bizarre I agree but is this OK?

The cable is suitably rated for the load! and is protected by a suitable breaker can't see a problem.

I would not install it like that because of cost, but at least the cable will never overheat.

So long as the cooker is not overloading the ring OK.

Hi on kithen refurbs i have often made use of a redundent cooker circuit and ither had a socket there or fused spur nothing wrong with it just put a note on board that that circuit is supplying a socket in kitchen

if you have label machine well yes that would be a good idea ,so many times i have worked in domestic installations where fused spurs are un labeled and spend time trying to locate what they are supplying only takes seconds to identifie i allways do mine

Local isolation which is "obvious" doesn't need labelling. In this case, I think it would be a good idea. Nothing wrong with larger-than-needed cable, it just isn't cost-effective on new installs.
