Hi,
I've decided to install undercabinet led downlights at either side of the canopy that houses the cooker hood above my hob (picture shows this for reference) and the lights we've picked out are unfortunately 12v, as I couldn't find 240v ones with the specs we were looking for.
What's your opinion on putting the LED driver in this canopy, which would mean the cooker hood would have to be taken down to access it?
I can't really think of any sensible accessible place to put it, don't want it on the outside as we would see it and it doesn't seem like a good idea to put it underneath where it would get covered in grease etc from cooking (lights should be fine tho according to the manufacturer).
Thanks for any replies!
