I have had three led strips installed under wall units as part of a kitchen refit. A new pattress box was fitted in a stud wall next to an existing switch. Cabling was then fed inside the stud and out of the wall at the bottom then along the floor to the next strip and so on. Not connected as no switch was bought. Total cost £567. I think it's too much. I didn't employ the electricians they were sub contracted. They claim ten hours work to do this work (2 workers 5 hours each). Am I wrong to query this amount?

Hard to say if expensive or cheap, cost would depend on things like exactly what LED stirps were installed, how easy/difficult the job was, where you are located, etc. Actually 10 person hours is likely going to eat up most of the £567, or do you think it should have been done in far less time? Most importantly, what had you agreed re costs before the work was done?
