Hey guys,

Something I never thought of before has just come too me so thought I would see what the suggestions are.

I'm working in a chip shop tomorrow installing CCTV, however the DVR/camera power supply will be situated in the house next door. Would this cause any issues as far as not being isolated from the building it's contained within is concerned? I wouldn't of thought so as it's only 12v, or even if it was just a notice stating this I would of said it'll be fine, but I'm here to be proven wrong and lead from others!

Many thanks,
Gavin

P.s if any mods see this, what's the possibility of access too the CCTV/alarms forum, as I do a lot of this sort of work but don't have access :(
