Hi, I understand according to 411.3.1.2, that main metalic services incomming must be bonded to MET. but what if the water pipe is shared from another property?
The premises has its own electrical supply, but the incoming water is not individual but shared.
I believe i should still Bond. Could this create any PD between the two properties installations, if they have bonded the pipe also?

Re: main Bonding of Water Pipe - supply not unique to property - Potential difference

Yes you should bond each installation if it has it's own electrical supply.

It is the same if you had a block of flats with a service riser feeding each flat and each flat has it's own electric supply.
