maintenance contract/plan to comply with the MCS

Can anyone point me in the right direction with where i could find help/info/temolate for writting a maintenance agrement to offer customers to enable me to comply with my MCS inspection. I dont want to steal your secrets , just could do with a bit of help or advice

Its not an essential part of the MCS, however it would be slotted into your "contracts" folder/register. All you can provide is a level of performance monitoring, and possibly a cleaning sub-contract, what else is there.?

Quite a lot actually!

Any leccy that has been part of a facilities / building management program could think of the routine tasks, there are about 20 items in our standard commercial scale maintenance / facilities management contracts.

Just think of all the things you'd do during an install or decomissioning and then take it from there, not difficult really.
