my megger 1720has developed a problem its showing ERR 23 phoned MTS who said it was RCD overheating protection What ever that is I havent tested an RCD for 2 weeks now Its away to the hospital to get surgery :(:( Boss is sending me a spare up overnight Im worried about my poor megger feel lost without it

Tell yer boss to sell it, buy a (reliable, proven) 1552, buy you two weeks in Spain with spending money with the leftovers.

Laughing aside, am I right?!

remove the fuse near the batteries, pinch the fuse connections together to make a tighter connection, replace the fuse and give it a go,mine did the same and its done it a few times with a few of my workmates, hopefully this helps

I asked for a 1552 as I like where the connections are ect ect ect dont like the front connections dont like the buttons as I hit them off stuff and blank screen ect ect

replacement spare has arrived 1552 :):):):) well happy and iv to keep it as spare I think new one will be having the "Spare" tag fitted to it
