As if we don't have enough to do there's now a new edition of MCS001 that takes effect from 1st December, only problem is I can't find it anywhere!!

Any clues????

Virginia Graham has sent an email out that says there's a new MCS001 edition coming into force on 1st December (cos I don't know about you but I'm sitting twiddling my thumbs at the minute ) anyway, like everyone else we're exploring loopholes but want to stay within MCS guidelines which is difficult when the new edition of MCS 001 doesnt' seem to be available anywhere!!!!!!

you really cant make this up, does anyone at DECC, REAL or MCS know what they are doing !!! the difference a week has............................complete shambles !! Can we call for a public debate, so we can have some clear direction/answers from the powers above.....

I can't quite understand why the comedians at the DECC are asking for consultation after making their decision to squidge our industry under their boots. They are seriously extracting the widdle. This is just a patronising diversion so that they can say that the industry was consulted!! What utter tripe.

When my MCS comes up for renewal in Feb 2012, I think that a reversion to normal sparky work is seriously beckoning. I have written to my MP and Gregory Barker and have only received automatic e-mails. These pillocks are going to hide and hope we've forgotten this debacle when it comes to their re-election.

I will just try to get enough bits to finish off my last PV installs. Not a great start for what was a growing industry.

New mcs??????????? I havnt opened the old one yet!!!!!!!!!!!be on bonfire tomoz!!!!!!!!!!!cause its all over for me 1st dec im out of it!!!!
