Operating load contactor with relay on SMA TL models?

How on earth do I configure the TL inverters to utilise the relay inside the housing on the SMA TL (most TL models). I want to use a contactor in the CU to dump the power to a resistive load of a water heating element or a room heater?
I believe this can be done via Sunny Explorer and Bluetooth, but I have not done this before.

I have these but still don't understand when the relay would trigger the load, or how to set it for a load?
