Ive been asked to price a job need some help on what others would charge and recommend.

16db sockets 4 ring mains 3 clean earth rings.
water heater supply
extratcor fan supply
ac unit supply
3 lighting circuits
1 em lighting circuit
db change
im just tryna quote on the labour materials are being supplied, i was thinking 2 weeks work its a full refurb so everything is getting strrpied out and its plaster board partitions with solid bricked and plaster on the outer wall.

What price would you put in and how long do you reckon it will take.

it depends on, location, parking costs ? size of db board, etc.

central london so parking and conjestion need to be taken in to account 12 way db

That's an extra 40 pounds a day then.

i was thinking 225 a day so 2 weeks 3150.

Why are you not supplying materials. that is where u can make 20% on materials and claim back 17.5% vat. Also put on your quote that if materials are not on site there will be a delay charge built in..

If materials are provided adjust your day rate by the percentage you usually make on the parts plus travel parking etc.
