Hi

I am thinking about getting a reciprocating saw, sounds useful for many things and would also be useful for cutting up logs. Having looked at the options the Bosch GSA1100E seems the best but I see DeWalt do one which has a rotating blade so you can flush cut. Which all sounds good until I read that DeWalt only give one year warranty!

So can anyone advise on what kit they have, and second (out of interest) why would anyone buy any DeWalt tool when they only give a one year warranty?!? Most of my kit is Bosch blue, Makita or Metabo (and of course the lovely Fein Multimaster) and they all offer 3 years - why would anyone buy DeWalt?

Cheers

Richard
