Afternoon all, And another, But un related commercial kitchen enquiry. I've just been to have a look at a commercial kitchen which is due an update. So I was picking up bits that were in need of new electrical work looking at.
Basically they have a worktop mounted 3 phase oven, sitting on a kitchen Island (about 900mm AFFL). With the 63A Rotary isolator for it beneath the table top, My initial thoughts is that this isn't great practice, Purely because it isn't accessible, But I would not class a rotary isolator as an emergency switching device, So In my opinion it could remain under the bench. I've had a look at section 537 and couldn't find anything decisive either way, What would you guys suggest?
