Which board is subDB in this situation and which one is main

Hi everyone

quite new into the Inspection and testing world and still a learner and always strive to learn new things. I noticed in one property that tails coming from Meter into henley block which then feeds two consumer units.
My question is when you guys do EICR do you produce two separate EICRS for each board or just one schedule of inspection, one electrical installaion condition report and two Shedule of test results for each board?

The reason I am asking this is because I know when one board is fed from the main board, its called SubDB but in this situation both boards are fed from Henley block.

One EICR with one schedule of inspection and two schedules of test results.

I'd just label the boards as DB1 and DB2 arbitrarily. But if one board was fed from the other, I would make the one closest to the supply DB1.
