As title. Really annoying that having bought boxes of the things the mounting buttons are sold separately, especially if as part of the design and installation they should be securely fixed.

If you buy them from Screwfix/Electricfix, they come with the mounting buttons included. They also happen to be one of the cheaper suppliers. Consequently, I throw lots of the buttons away!

I think that is what’s thrown me. Some boxes I’ve bought individually have had them included but buy a box of ten and nowhere in sight. Really annoying if you’re spending time grovelling in a loft and there’s a bit missing. Still, suppose it’s just down to ---- poor planning and prep!

Screwfix used to sell them in boxes of 10 (both the standard size, and the 'lite size) and if I recall they sold the mounting buttons separately. Then a few years ago they discontinued those multi-packs, and insisted on selling them individually, with nasty stickers on the bottom of each box, I guess to cater for the DIYer who only wants to buy one or two.

I'd much prefer to buy boxes of 10 with no buttons, but (sadly) Screwfix often have the cheapest price, so I buy 10 or more from them unboxed. However, the actual Wago connectors are generally cheaper elsewhere.

Depends where they come from. Screwfix have them attached , Edmos they dont.
same with wiska boxes , the ones I’ve got from TLC have the wagos and holder in the ones from Edmos have the three pole ----y terminal block
