I have loads of 12 volt downlights to replace, and Mini sun are the ideal size with a 65mm hole required for them. They are fire rated, but my issue is that because some are going in bathrooms (all chrome), I don't want them getting pitted after a year or two as I would feel obliged to replace them.

If they are not any good (they are quite cheap), does anyone have any suggestions for chrome downlights that fit into a 65mm diameter hole (they can't be intergrated?

Yes they do them in chrome. Why would the customer want gu10 over intergrated?
Most of my customers prefer removeable GU10 rather than integrated when given the choice. If any fail then they just replace the bulb rather than the whole unit. Plus you may not even be able to get a matching new unit. I expect integrated are better quality and designed to last, but some will fail.
