230 volt IPX5 100MM FAN

Can anybody recommend a high quality made extract fan 230 volt with timer for zone 1 of a bathroom .
All the ones that I have been shown seem to be:charming: very flimsy.

I would avoid 230v in Zone 1 regardless... it all fine been IP5x but the issue with domestic is lack of regular inspection and breakdown on the product seals etc .... it may be 10yrs before another inspection is due ..can you give your own personal guarantee the fan will still be as safe as the day you installed it, at least with SELV its less of a worry.
