Hi all, I'm having a discussion about the correct NICEIC Certs to produce on a job. The scenario is, we have carried out works out on a big commercial site which include full rewires on three separate distribution boards each being 18 way 3 phase, the main SWA feeding each DB has stayed also the same DB we have just rewired final circuits. There is quite a number of DBs all fed from a main section board that have not been altered in any way also these were not required for condition reports. The question is would you produce a separate certificate (new installation) for each of the three DBs or do a certificate for one and then put the other two on continuation sheets? Appreciate all replys cheers

One Electrical Installation certificate, and one schedule of inspections for the whole lot, and one schedule of test results for each individual board.

As SirKit says but I would also do a scheduled of inspection and results continuation page for the 3 distribution circuits you have changed the DBs on .You Don't need test any of the circuits feeding the DBs you have not touched.

I agree with Flanders, but take your Zs at each board and record it on your schedule of test results in the Ze or Zdb box for that board, by doing this you are also confirming polarity of the dist circuit to each board.

Sirkit are you saying to test supply's to the Dbs that he has not touched as this would not be relevant for the installation cert
