I have just installed at 8way tp&n Board the board of choice was (boss bought !) was a Crabtree loadstar after finding it very difficult to find mcbs for I manged to get some but the do not seem to fit well I.e they are tight on the bussbar but do not seem to sit well on the din rail on the back some seem to clip in others don't has anyone else had this problem if so what are you suggestions ?

Hi dude, the first thing to do,is to identify if the problem is the board,or the MCBs'.

Knowing you have an issue, you need to CSI the job,and find what is wrong.

It could be a damaged or badly manufactured board...:smoking:

I fitted a 12 way last week. Hard to find CB's? - I go to the Wholesalers and pick them up.
I got 3x RCBOs for them yesterday.
Maybe go to a better wholesalers?
Fitting - they are very simble to fit, you need to find out why they are tight to get in, as they shouldnt be.
