hi guys.

i recently bought a flat that is ex council, 6 flats in the block and has a very old looking door entry system called 'flatmate' thats all that is on the internal box inside, it has a open, talk, and a on/off button for privacy,
It is a 6 wire system. green, blue, orange, orange white, blue white, green white.

i was wondering if there is a replacement.

Hi, did you have any luck with this?? I've got the exact same and it's not working.

Heres a pic, I was hoping some cables would be loose.
Have you got a multimeter?
First thing - is there any power to the board. Check the 556 IC between pin 7 (gnd) and pin 14 (should be between 4.5V and 16V). May need to push a button to see if power appears there ??
Presumably there is a power supply module somewhere in the building to run this? Is it switched on and giving an output?
