I have a professionally installed Generator Interlock on my 200amp load center in my 1-family residence here in the US. I have 10 gauge wire from the panel going about 10 feet to an outdoor generator inlet box with the big 30 amp RV kind of connection. This setup works well with a larger generator with the 30amp outlet.
What i'd like to do, is use a smaller Honda 2200watt generator but be able to plug it into the same system just to power up some light circuits in my house. Obviously, I will be limited on watts. The generator only has typical 15 amp outlets on it. So what I want to do is use the generator's 15 amp outlet and run a cord into a new generator inlet box with a different typical male 15 amp plug. My thinking is I'd mount a second box with the new style 15amp plug next to the 30 amp plug and wire it on the same circuit. This way, I could use either generator (not both at the same time) and utilize the panel's generator interlock.
My question here is, does this sound safe and code-compliant? Granted it's not typical, but rather than run extension cords up through a window, I thought it would be a cleaner look to distribute the power into my home. I'm also thinking that since it is a lesser-powered generator I don't really need to re-wire or add a whole new generator circuit. Link to a product I could use https://www.electricgeneratorsdirect.com/Reliance-Controls-PB15/p1084.html
Thank you in advance.

No, what you are suggesting is dangerous.
2 inlets connected to the same circuit means that when one is being powered by a generator, the other one is live with accessible pins you could touch.

have a lead made up with the correct 30A socket on one end and the correct 15A plug for the generator on the other end.
