Hello, I am asking for a double check on my project before I purchase any electrical parts.

My inverter Solark 15k has a built in 200 bus and transfer switch. This makes for a great setup because you can run your house loads through hybrid inverter and manage them during power outages. My inverter can sell back to the grid max 62.5A.

The NEC states that solar PV systems should be installed in electrical boxes up to 120% of the busbar's label rating. I have a 200A main and the 125% breaker rule works out to 80A breaker with 150A main de-rate.

Calculating house loads I determined 100A is more than adequate for critical loads panel. I also want to add garage sub to load side of inverter. Wire runs are 70 feet to detached garage, I planed on 1AWG cu for all wiring. I will be using Polaris connectors and believe I meet NEC unlimited tap rules? All ground runs 6AWG and EGC between the main and Garage connecting both grounding electrodes and bonding all metal boxes.

Than you for your help
