installing sub main(location of henly/switchfuse)

hello guys

after some advice re sub main installation, where is the best place to actually split the meter tails via henly block and switchfuse ?

is it beside the meter head in the meter cupboard or is it next to the existing C.U. i cant see any electrical reason why both wouldnt be acceptable, but concerned about the supplier beeing unhappy if you mount the henly/switchfuse in the actual meter cupboard. Can anyone advise as to what is the best approach ?

Mounting a henley block in the meter cupboard is best avoided IMHO
