Hello

can this conduit be used in crawlspace, under the deck outside, and outside running along siding? Will it fail inspection?

Yes it’s legal and it’s outdoor approved by secure it every 3 feet.

You need to drive 2 ground rods at least 6 feet apart and bond your panel. Good luck
