pushrod

what a cock up!
"In a fully grown human body what do you have fewest of?"
a) teeth
b) pairs of chromosomes
c) bones

They said the answer was pairs of chromosomes - 23. But in a human body there are trillions of cells and virtually everyone will have 23 pairs!!!
correct answer should have been teeth!
A researcher somewhere doesn't know their basic biology:rolleyes:

Didn't have a huge bearing on the game as i think the couple in this case had split the money almost equally between teeth and pairs of chromosomes -

Actually just checked the recording and they had 5 packets of cash on "teeth" and 4 on "chromosomes" so the two guys should have had an extra £25k - wonder if they will get it back.

Also heard Davina say "most of the audience got this wrong" just before they gave the answer - not surprising really

Pushrod new job opportunity for you, researcher for game shows.;) very good point all the same, should double check things for that amount of money. If that came up in my local pub quiz ther would be a riot.

maybe i could get a % of the money lol - yeah i have done the occasional pub quiz and people certainly do get agitated when there are ambiguous questions or dodgy answers.:)
