can any body see a problem with the following

a shed supply has been run 20m in 6.00mm t+e with 2.5mm earth conductor protected by a 32A breaker

looking in the reg it stats that the main protective conductor should be half size of neutral conductor which for the sub main would require a 3mm earth conductor or does the regs only concern the mains intake tails
 
The earth in the T+E is a circuit protective conductor, not the main earthing conductor so that reg doesn't apply to it.:)
