The thing is that i do at least £10,000 worth of work as a direct result of being in the NIC.So the yearly fee is small change compared to what i would lose if i wasn't in it.

Not long had my Approved NIC/EIC assessment and had to be QS assessed.This took an extra half a day(on top of the other half a day for the yearly assessment).Just got the bill for the half day charge.......£366!
Feel ripped off or what.
Have any of you guys had to pay this fee?
Hi the NIC is and always has been a rip off, they charge a maximum price for a very minimal service. They are however very successful at self promotion which is why they seem to be the only ones that the muppets in local authorities require
