I want to complete OCA and want to get basic administration knowledge in Oracle. I am Windows Server L2 administrator right now and I dont need indepth knowldge about oracle as DB admin. I just should be able to create a database and troubleshoot basic issues.

Can someone guide me what will be the steps to be taken and what are the books I have to study.
