Hi Guys

Coming back from a break (was registered with ELESCA until Sept 08) and have just sat the 17th Edition exam, I have contacted NICEIC this time and was told I would need two jobs to view. Both fully certificated within the last year.

OK. My question is this. Do I need to contact local BCO and pay a rate similar to the mafia  or is there another way round it?? Blimey, you get all these exams, have the relevant practical experience and still seem to pay everybody to check what the previous person has already checked!!

I potentially have two jobs lined up through friends and family or can change own cu.

Any guidance gratefully received.

LEGALLY You have to inform LABC BEFORE you start any notifiable work.

Buy those who DIDN'T notify, and used those jobs for their assessment haven't gone to prison, didn't get in to trouble and didn't even get a raised eyebrow from the assessor!

So take from that what you will.

I'm not telling you to brake the wonderful unenforceable Part P law.
