Discuss Quad switch - one not working in the DIY Electrical Advice area at ElectriciansForums.net

It is difficult to say without some form of testing and inspection. Broken connection, broken wire, faulty switch, faulty lamp holder. If you feel competent isolate power and check connections at the switch initially then try the lamp holder if it is easy to dismantle.
 
It’s also possible that switches within that 4 gang are fed from different circuits.
Check a breaker hasn’t tripped.
