Hi Folks,

I'm seeking to enrol on a 2365 lvl 2 in either June or September. Prior to that I'm trying to learn as much as I can and get a good foundation of the basics, partly so that it makes things smoother later on as I learn, and partly because I find it interesting.

I've spent a good few weeks looking at stuff like very basic circuits and component properties, health and safety, RLC circuits and to some extent the trig principles behind AC currents / reactance etc. But I've only been using what seem like good tutors who've uploaded stuff to youtube. I feel I need a structured guide to study from, and am considering buying a 2365 lvl 2 text book off Amazon, to start working through.

There are two on there, and I wondered whether anyone had any suggestions / reviews / recommendations about which would be the better book, or maybe other advice altogether. I've linked the two books below.

As ever, if I've posted this is the wrong section please can someone let me know and I'll move it (for the record, I can't apply for access to the trainee section yet cause I've not yet enrolled on the course)

Thanks for reading, have a great day :)

No worries mate. I knew I had read a post a bit ago where his name was mentioned.
Have fun. Its always good to learn new things. You will learn a lot here.
