Do you need to be 2391 qualified to legally sign your work off?
Discuss Signing work off in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net
Providing you are competent you are only allowed to sign off your own work. The 2391 comes in when you want to do PIRs the exam shows you are competent to do a PIR.
Hope that helps
