has any one got any idea on wiring of velux remote opening windows got to look at one that does'nt open ect i assume it is extra low voltage any good advice

hi i fitted two last yeat and all it had was a 13amp plug coming out of the roof so i put two switch fuse spurs in

Yep thats how I remember them, just a spur or a socket, all the remote bit is already done

thanks all been asked to check if there is a supply there and was'nt sure if there was any additional wirring to open close ect that i may need to look at

You may find that they have a rain sensor to automatically close them

first thing to check is the rain sensor i try not to fit them if i can help it
there more trouble than they are worth

many thank just been to look at them and sw fuse in cupboard was turn off labeled and informed them of it existance
