Just a quick question. Weve recently taken down loads of twin flourescent fittings due to water leak damage in offices. These are old style ballast and starter lights. Now that they are dry will they work again or will the ballast be knacked.
 
Can't see why not if they've fully dried, it's a sealed unit anyway. Only one way to find out! If water got in the starters then there might be corrosion across the contacts.
 
try them out with a bit of flex on a plug top. (3Afuse)
