3 Phase meter on solar PV installation not working

HI

Just installed 14kWp Solar PV system into three phase supply. Everything seems to be working correctly except the 3 phase electricty meter. Inverter says its genererating volts and and amps all OK but the meter (Elster TPN100) is not indicating any accumulation of watts and the red LED is not flashing although the inverter says it's generating power (several kw).

Any one come across this problem? I suspect it's a faulty meter?

Have you tried a clamp meter on the output of the inverter? Just to make sure it is producing power.

There are two versions of this meter. Import only and import / export.
