Looking for advice for the following:

Bosch Induction cooktop model NIT8669SUC ) came with 3 bare wires (Black, Red, Green) but my wall has a 4 pronged 240V receptacle. I am assuming that the 4 pronged receptacle has a neutral in addition to the ground. Question: How do I connect the 3 wires to the 4 pronged receptacle?

I purchased a cord with a 4 prong plug but I am not sure what to do with the extra white wire since the cooktop came with only 3 wires?
