For the purposes of selecting appropriate cable size using the current capacity tables in Appendix F of the OSG is twin and earth considered to be a two core cable or three core cable given that under normal operation only two of the cables are carrying current and if some portion of that current should find its way to ground there would be no overall increase in that current?
