Commercial Pricing Advice

Hi All,
I’ve recently priced for a couple of small to medium commercial jobs. I’ve found it quite time consuming, can anyone give any advice on pricing efficiently or recommend any estimating software?

Make a spread sheet of pricees per point, prices per meter etc. Once you've got the spread sheet you should fly through pricing. I've just quoted a 100K office fitout and took me about 2-3 hours. That's was for both mechanical and electrical.
