Is there such a grading as electrical inspector ,, a spark is trying to claim higher rate from me , has his 2391 but that's it surly he's approved at most

new one on me? type of company?he earning more or showing his importance to company?or just saying he is better than you? or a dispute on some wirring and he calling rank?

ive worked for a couple of companies that pay testing sparks a quid an hour over the approved rate, just as a sweetener, he may sign his certs off as "electrical inspector" but at best hes probably just an approved spark.
